Johnson Control 3D Design Retrofit Kits

Elevate Systems designed a field retrofit kit for a grease bleeder valve in order to capture grease that escapes from HVAC systems. The client needed a solution to the problem and called on Elevate Systems to come up with the concept and prototype product. We were able to design 3D models of the prototypes, print them in house and present to the client and then get the go ahead for production units. This kit was designed and 3D printed for Johnson Control and is now a production asset for field retrofits.
