HH-60H Gatling Gun Mount Reverse Engineering

GAU-17 Gatling Gun Mount Reverse Engineering Elevate Systems personnel reverse engineered the HH-60H Seahawk port and starboard side Gatling gun mounts for PMA-299 at Pax River NAS (NAVAIR). Using only legacy parts from a downed aircraft, Elevate Systems personnel were able to perform the metrology services, create the 3D Models and subsequent Technical Data Package and then deliver full up pre-production prototypes to our client along with all of the technical data that was developed as a result of this effort.
