This effort ensures the 448 SCMW/EN has the strategic engineering insight, technical planning, and process oversight needed to sustain critical Air Force weapon systems and components. Through direct support in areas such as sustainment engineering, program planning, and data analysis, we help advance the Wing’s mission to maintain operational readiness and deliver reliable, life-cycle support across the entire Air Force supply chain enterprise.

Elevate Systems was awarded a contract to supply, deliver, and install two Fredlov FSCD-6-RH industrial pressure vessel washer/dryer systems in direct support of the WC-135 Constant Phoenix mission. This turnkey effort includes program management, equipment acquisition, and all required electrical and plumbing work to ensure the systems meet rigorous operational standards. The project enhances mission readiness by supporting the maintenance and decontamination capabilities critical to the Air Force’s specialized atmospheric collection aircraft.

Elevate Systems successfully reverse engineered the B-2 Bomber Load and Sink Heat Exchangers in under 18 months and under $8 million—significantly outperforming the OEM’s estimate of 3–4 years and $25–30 million. Our team developed complete 2D and 3D technical data, qualified a new domestic manufacturing source, and delivered a full Technical Data Package (TDP) along with all required jigs, tools, and fixtures to the U.S. Air Force, enabling long-term sustainment and supply chain independence for this critical system.

Our solution replaced an obsolete part with a qualified, durable alternative that is now flying on every B-52 aircraft in the U.S. Air Force inventory—demonstrating the power of innovation and advanced manufacturing in sustaining legacy weapon systems.

The part is currently undergoing airworthiness certification, and the U.S. Air Force has received the full 2D and 3D technical data to enable future organic production—empowering the DoD with greater flexibility and supply chain resilience through additive manufacturing.
